Refugee Women Drumming Toward Recovery

This video was made in mid-January, 2018, at one of our bi-monthly women's drum circle events.

Help us continue to do this work!

It is still too soon for these women, recently arrived from Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria, to feel comfortable being filmed in a way which might make them recognizable... But they are working with us and we are working with them...

We are a small but effective organization.

We are able to put your donations to use in personally targeted ways you can taste and feel!

We need funds now to support more young Musical Ambassadors who would like to become part of our team!

We need funds now to support Dilkhwaz to be able to return to work with the Yazidi women who have recently been freed from sex slavery under ISIS!

Our Musical Ambassadors have been traveling and learning to perform in traditional musical styles from cultures which are sometimes hidden from view in the mainstream media.

It's amazing how the music and dance can heal the soul!
